Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it—only if production has not yet started.
  • Production begins within 2–3 business days, but cancelling within the first 24 hours prevents print-start.

2. Full Refund Terms

  • ✅ Full refund is processed if you cancel within the 24-hour window.
  • Refund equals the actual amount paid, post-coupon discount.
  • Coupons used will expire, and their value will not be refunded or reusable.

3. Applies to All Orders

This policy covers all order types—standard prints, custom uploads, framed/unframed, A3/A4 sizes, and Partial COD or prepaid orders.

4. How to Cancel

To cancel, please contact us within 24 hours via:

Please include your order number and cancellation request. We'll confirm and issue your refund promptly.

5. After 24 Hours / Production Started

⛔ Cancellations are not permitted after 24 hours or once production starts. Deliveries cannot be refused as a way to cancel. Here's what happens instead:

  • Partial COD orders: The upfront payment is non-refundable.
  • Prepaid orders: If delivery is refused and the item is returned (RTO), RTO shipping costs are deducted from your refund. Remaining balance is issued as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Public Holiday Orders

Orders placed on public holidays have a slightly extended 24-hour window due to courier and production delays.

  • Cancellation request must be made on the next business day by 3 PM IST.

7. Refund Processing

Once cancellation is confirmed:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund is processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Partial COD: No refund (deposit is non-refundable).
