Payment & Billing Policy

1. Tax-Inclusive Pricing

All product prices on our site include GST and any applicable taxes—no extra costs are added at checkout.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

You can pay using:

  • Prepaid: Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), PayPal—processed immediately at checkout.
  • Partial COD: A portion is charged at checkout via secure payment; the remaining balance is collected in cash at delivery. This option balances trust and convenience for in-home delivery.

3. Payment Processing

  • Partial COD Deposits are captured securely during checkout.
  • Prepaid charges are processed instantly upon order confirmation.
  • Payments are handled via Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level‑1 certified gateway using SSL encryption 

4. Secure Transactions

We use SSL/TLS encryption site-wide and Razorpay’s PCI-compliant infrastructure to protect your payment information .

5. Invoices & Receipts

After placing an order or payment, you’ll receive an automatically generated invoice via email—detailing your purchase, amounts paid, and any remaining COD due.

6. Handling Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails at checkout, you’ll be notified and asked to retry or select another method.
  • If payment issues persist for 48 hours, the order will be cancelled automatically, and no charges will be applied.

7. Coupon and Promotional Codes

  • Coupons apply only at checkout; their discount is not refundable if the order is cancelled or returned.
  • Coupon value expires after use and cannot be applied to future orders.

8. Refunds on Cancellation

  • For prepaid cancellations within 24 hours, full refund excluding coupon value—credited back within 5–7 business days.
  • For partial COD cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable.

9. Refunds on Returns

Refunds for eligible returns (see Returns Policy):

  • Prepaid orders: refunded minus any Return-to-Origin charges, within 5–7 business days of receipt.
  • Partial COD orders: only the prepaid portion is refunded; cash-on-delivery amount not charged.
