📦 Ordering & Production

  • How long does it take to process my poster order?All posters are made to order and processed within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Weekends and public holidays don’t count toward processing time.
  • Can I order multiple sizes (A3, A4) or frames together?Absolutely. During checkout, you can mix and match sizes (A3 or A4) and options (framed or unframed) in a single order.
  • What if I upload my own design—how do I know it’s print-ready?We accept high-resolution JPG, PNG, and PDF files (400 DPI or higher). If your file isn't suitable, our team will reach out to advise or request a higher-quality version.
  • Can I edit my order after placing it but before production?Yes—just send us a WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of ordering, before production begins. Include your order ID and details to make changes.
  • Will I receive a proof before printing on custom orders?We don’t offer proofs, but we take extra care to ensure print quality. If you have specific requests, just mention them with your order or upload.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?We ship across India, free of charge. Once production finishes, expect delivery within 5–7 business days. Tracking info is sent via WhatsApp or email.

  • Can I get a specific delivery date or expedited shipping?Currently, we offer only our standard 5–7 day shipping. If you need a precise delivery date, contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
  • What should I do if my tracking status hasn’t updated?Just share your order ID with us, and we’ll check with the courier and provide an update.
  • Do you ship to remote or P.O. box addresses?We don’t ship to P.O. boxes. Remote areas may take longer than usual, so share your PIN code with us and we’ll confirm delivery timelines.

💳 Payment & Billing 

  • Which payment methods do you accept and when am I charged?We accept Cards, UPI, PayPal, and Partial COD. Your payment is captured at checkout; for COD orders, a deposit is charged online and the remainder is paid in cash at delivery.
  • Is GST included in the displayed price?Yes—all prices include GST and applicable taxes. What you see is what you pay.
  • How does Partial COD work—and is it safe?You pay a small deposit during checkout via secure gateways. The rest is paid in cash upon delivery. It’s secure and convenient, with no surprises.
  • What happens if my payment fails during checkout?You’ll receive an error and can try again using another method. Orders not paid in 48 hours are cancelled to free up inventory.
  • Will I receive an invoice or receipt after purchase?Yes—all orders come with an automatically generated invoice emailed to you after payment or COD deposit.

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • What is your return or refund policy? If your poster arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 2 days of delivery with an unboxing video or photos and your order ID. We'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
  • Can I cancel my order after placing it? Yes—within 24 hours of ordering, before production begins. We’ll refund your prepaid amount in full (minus coupon value if used).
  • What if my poster is damaged after the 2-day window?Unfortunately, we can’t process returns after 48 hours. We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives to ensure everything is in order.
  • Will cancellation or return affect the ability to use a coupon?Yes—once used, coupons expire and can’t be reused. Refunds only apply to the final amount paid after discount.
  • How long does it take to receive a refund?Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we confirm the return or cancellation.

🎨 Custom Posters & Bulk Requests

  • Can I upload my own design?Absolutely! Upload your high-res artwork at checkout. By doing so, you confirm you have the rights to print it.
  • What file types and resolution should I use for uploads?
    We support JPG, PNG, or PDF files at 400 DPI or above for optimal print quality. If yours isn't print-ready, we’ll guide you.
  • Is there a minimum quantity for bulk orders?
    No
    formal minimum—but for orders of 10+ posters, reach out for bulk pricing and options.
  • How do I request a bulk order quote?
    Email us at sales@whatacraft.store with your desired quantity, design details, size/frame choices, and delivery timeline. We'll get back to you with a quote.
  • After placing a bulk request, how will I be contacted and invoiced?
    We’ll reply within 24 business hours, sending a quote, invoice, and production/delivery estimate. Full payment is required before production begins.
